Los hay de todo tipo, desde crudos, pasando por fritos o hervidos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aqu\u00ed encontrar\u00e1s algunas de las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s utilizadas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agemono<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los\u00a0<em>agemono<\/em>\u00a0son todo tipo de\u00a0<strong>frituras<\/strong>. La diferencia principal con las frituras occidentales es que las japonesas son menos pesadas y m\u00e1s crujientes. La sopa es sin lugar a dudas, uno de los platos principales de la cocina japonesa siendo la sopa miso, la m\u00e1s popular de ellas, realizada con pasta de soja fermentada y caldo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yakimono<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los\u00a0<em>yakimono<\/em>\u00a0son los\u00a0<strong>asados a la plancha o a la parrilla<\/strong>. Es t\u00edpica como acompa\u00f1amiento o como simple aperitivo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Namamono<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los namamono son ingredientes\u00a0<strong>crudos<\/strong>. Es quiz\u00e1s una de las m\u00e1s conocidas y aunque normalmente pensamos en pescado, la verdad es que pr\u00e1cticamente cualquier ingrediente se puede convertir en sashimi, como el pollo o la ternera, adem\u00e1s de mariscos y verduras crudas que se sirven con salsa realizada a base de soja y wasabi para potenciar su sabor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gohanmono<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los gohanmono son los\u00a0<strong>arroces<\/strong>.\u00a0El arroz blanco hervido (Gohan) es usado en la comida diaria tan a menudo que incluso los mismos nombres utilizan el concepto arroz, como por ejemplo el desayuno (asagohan) o el almuerzo (hirugohan).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Menrui<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los\u00a0<em>menrui<\/em>\u00a0son los\u00a0<strong>fideos<\/strong>. Junto con las sopas, es seguramente una de las especialidades m\u00e1s usadas por los chefs japoneses. Se pueden servir calientes con caldo, fritos e incluso fr\u00edos con una salsa especial.
